HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

And welcome to another year of adventures, learning but most of all growth!

I've had a think over the past few months of exactly what I wanted my 2022 to look like, feel like and most all, what I want to achieve throughout my year. I could start us off with the usual goals about mental health, physical health and building the relationships around me but they aren't goals for the new year, they goals that i'll continue to work on as my life goes, so we'll leave those for another day.

My Modelling in 2022..

Ah yes, the question on alot of your minds, what does 2022 look like for my modelling journey?

Over the past year and almost a half, I've learnt alot of lessons, built a pretty versatile portfolio and have also had the chance to meet a number of amazing photographers during this time.

With how my actual work career (Nannying and Retail) is at the moment, with how up and down my hours are, I cannot 100% Guarantee dates until 2 weeks before, I will obviously bend over backward to ensure I am available for the given date but I will not be providing 100% confirmation until I know my work schedule.

My Availability in January & February 2022

During the months of January & February I will be unavailable for shoots on;

* Mondays

*Wednesday Mornings

* Thursdays

This means that my shoot days will be limited to Tuesdays, Wednesday Afternoon, Friday & Some weekends.

Time for Print (TFP) Shoots

Moving into 2022 I have a fantastic set of TFP photographers already. These are the people that have helped train and turn me into the model I am today and I will be forever grateful to them. However I will no longer be taking TFP enquiries. Not only is this a financial decision for myself, but it's also very much a mental health based decision. I am the sort of person that will push myself until I break and don't stop until I do get ill, so due to this, it would be the best for myself to limit the amount of shoots, especially unpaid.

My Shoot Limitations

As stated above, I have a lovely set of TFP photographers and most of those include my trusted photographers who I do take part in the occasional nude art project with, I am however not limited to nude art modelling and as so have decided that the above photographers will be the only the photograph me when fully naked.

This being said, Implied Nude Art I will still be taking bookings for. HOWEVER, all implied nude art sessions will include the use of a small g-string & nipple covers for my own safety.

This is not a decision that has been made lightly so please, do not enquire as to whether I will remove said nipple covers or g-string.

My Rates

As stated above, I will no longer be taking TFP enquiries (unless previously agreed upon) and my rates are very much dependent on shoot type but for a general idea of how my rates work I have listed each style below. You are able to do an hour of each style and we can negotiate a price for the shoot, this is just a guide;

Renee Louise Content Days

Sooo many of you have been asking what will happen with Renee Louise Content Days as quite a few of you were unable to make it.

Unfortunately it was never my intention to run these days as, as was seen on the day, Sydney models can be quite unreliable and it was a very stressful day for myself to say the least.

However..

Content days were never my intention. The intention of my content days was to gauge what photographers felt they needed to improve on most and also to ask models what they think needs to improve in the industry..

Thus it's time announce..

Renee Louise Photography & Modelling Workshops! Yep, you read that right, workshops. But not your usual how to use lights or how to use your camera sort of workshops, no, these workshops will be run for both photographers and models to ensure that we can maintain a safe and high industry standard while stomping out all of the crap in the industry.

While I won't be giving away my master plan just yet, I can say that these workshops will be run to help photographers and models alike keep safe in the industry, to help photographers learn valuable skills in terms of models and the way that they communicate with them.

Not only will these workshops provide important experiences and provide important lessons for photographers, but it will also be a chance to grab some great content just like on the content days.

My Day Jobs

Most of you already know that I was working as an in home carer (nanny) with two children aged 9 & 14. Over the school holidays this care has stopped so I will be working casually with other families over this period. This means that I may have last minute jobs to attend to but I will try make sure they do not clash with promised shoot dates.

The other one most of you didn't know about was, that, when I received the news the two children would not need care, I decided this would be the time for me to try something new (I've been over childcare for a while now, after 9 years in the industry), so I applied and got a job as a Christmas Casual at Bendon Lingerie. This job has now been extended till the end of February so I will also be working there until the end of February, then, I'm not sure if I will pursue another job in retail or whether I will continue being an In home carer.
