We have just under 1 week until the content day and I'm bursting at the seams to meet some of you and see others again! But I thought I'd take this opportunity to remind people of the usual shoot rules.
On the day there won't be many rules and these rules should go without saying but these are the rules you're agreeing to on the day, if you break the rules you will be asked to leave without hesitation. Everyone's comfort on the day is for both models and photographers alike.
Rule #1 - No contract signed, no payment or confirmation = NO SHOOT
I will be ensuring on the day that all contracts and payments are signed and up to date. If you do not pay or refuse to sign a contract, you will not shoot. These contracts are to cover everyone. It's different to your usual contract as it is collaboration based and has been sourced from the ARTS LAW CENTRE OF AUSTRALIA.
Rule #2 - No touching between models and photographers
This is for both models and photographers. You don't need to be touching so don't. If you need help with styling or posing myself or another model will always be the safest bet so please don't get offended if a model calls over another model to help out. This protects everyone at the end of the day.
Rule #3 - No messy materials
Remember your time slots, remember that you don't want to spend hours on set up or clean up so please keep the mess to a minimal. I will make you clean any mess you decide to make before you leave the shoot.
Rule #4 - Respect each others boundaries
Everyone has their own style and their own niches. Please remember to ask limitations before you begin shooting. Some models will only be there to shoot fashion, others might come to shoot boudoir only, but please remember the limit and if someone has said they DO NOT shoot boudoir styles DO NOT pressure them to do so.
Rule #5 - No Full Nudes without my approval
Again, for everyones comfort, no nudes or overly erotic content please. If you wish to shoot nude or implied (as a model) please seek me for pre-approval as there is only certain times in the day that I will allow it.
What else is to come leading to the content day?
A Dropbox folder with all blog posts, contracts and inspiration for the day
A group messenger with models only, togs only and then the Friday before; everyone.
Confirmations of payments will be sent out
Model and photographer pages will be updated THURSDAY
