Hello my lovelies,

As you've probably already seen on my Instagram I will indeed be holding a content day with a number of photographers and models with a number of different themed areas. But...

Because Instagram is so terrible for me to post information too, I'm making this page to give you guys more information about what to expect on the day!

What is the day for and what will happen on the day?

The main idea for running days like this is to allow models and photographers to network and create in a shared environment that ensures both model and photographer safety throughout the day. It's also an amazing opportunity to create some cool content that you might not be able to create usually if your budget does not include studio rental.

On the day there will be a number of different themed spaces set up, a change room for models only, snacks and drinks to keep you going and there will also be a number of different props to use to make your shoot unique to you. The three main benefits that I get from group shoots is;

1. Networking - meeting new models and photographers is always great. Its also great for your exposure as your shared to new audiences

2. Its cheap - Photographers and Models alike can charge massive amounts just to shoot with you. By attending one of these days you have access to photographers and models alike for under $100

3. The opportunity to work somewhere new - Its not always feasible to be hiring out studios or hotel rooms for shoots, they can cost a lot and can be a waste if you're not full of ideas. By, essentially, going in toward paying for the content day it gives you the opportunity to work somewhere cool and new for half of the usual price, if not a quarter.

Why do we need to pay to attend?

First and foremost, this covers the renting the studio for the day. I have booked the studio for 12 hours in total so without payment there is no space to work in.

The excess money that is left once studio hire is covered goes towards the purchase of the different props throughout the day.

I will not be making a profit on this day for myself. All extra money will go towards props and food for the day.

Will I receive a refund if I can no longer attend?

Refunds will be given if you cancel more then 7 days beforehand (20.11.21). After that date I can no longer guarantee that I can cover the loss of your spot or replace you.

What will the themes be for the day?

But..

In short the themes will be;

• Christmas - Including a Christmas tree, decorations and lights

• Dry Bathtub - It just isn't feasible to do a wet bath shoot but we'll have fun with different props such as; - Ball Pit Balls. - Balloons. - Fake Flowers

• A completely white bed area for boudoir photography

• A plain white brick wall that can be used for anything as well as the set up of my projector

• A nature themed area - including fake grass, fake flowers, mirrors etc.

• Areas that you can personalise yourself

How will the day run?

I have made a schedule for the day that is mainly for photographers, this includes the times ill be setting up and cleaning as well as the different time slots for each photographer to attend. The schedule for shooting will be released the Friday before (26.11.21) the shoot incase there is anyone that pulls out or if there is availability for me to allocate more time to those that ask.

On the day I will set alarms so you know how long you have until your time is up.

The general shoot schedule is as follows;

8am - 10am - Setting up time for the different areas

10am - 12pm - First Photographer slot

12pm - 2pm - Second Photographer slot

2pm - 4pm - Third Photographer slot

4pm - 6pm - Fourth Photographer slot

6pm - 8pm - Studio Clean up

What can we shoot?

Whatever your heart desires! (within reason). The only themes that will need to be discussed with me beforehand is anything that features full nudity or erotic content. This is so that everyone is comfortable and so I can place people in the right time slots according to their shoot style. At the moment the only slot that MAY feature nudity would be the latest slot and still then please come to me beforehand so you have the privacy you need!

Can I bring a support person or a friend along to the shoot?

Support people are able to come for free! If this person is purely there to ensure your own safety and your own comfort feel free to bring them along but please message me first so I can still keep an eye on the numbers for the day. This is also why nudity is being restricted, to ensure your support person is also comfortable.

If they feel weird about coming let them know there'll be free snacks 😂

Will there be rules?

There will definitely be rules in place to ensure everyones protection. There will be shoot limit times of thirty minutes per model, there will be a no touching rule between photographers and models and there will most definitely be a no drama rule so leave it at home 😊

Will there be a schedule with all photographers and models sent out?

On the Friday before I will send out a detailed schedule including the names of all photographers and models. This is to ensure you're working with people you're comfortable with at all times and to ensure there will be zero drama on the day.

Will there be contracts?

On the day I will be supplying Collaboration Agreements. These agreements have been sourced from the 'Arts Law Centre of Australia' and customised by myself for the day. I will also have my lawyer give them a quick scan.

These Agreements will be for you to sign in person on the day but will be sent out the Friday Beforehand with the schedule.

If you do not sign you will not shoot. However, if you have your own agreement that the model has also agreed to sign you may bring that but will be limited to only the models who agree to your own terms.

In short this will cover;

• Both parties

• Gives the rights of the images to both model and photographer instead of just the photographer

• Gives Models and photographers the right to terminate any photographs taken within 14 days of the shoot.

• Ensures confidentiality from both parties

• Outlines the use of work: Social media, adult sites, personal sites; with the option to cross out those not applicable to yourself

• Ensures you are credited for any and all of your works!
